How to style your favorite winter coat:

Hey guys! It’s been so long since I last blogged! The holidays, work, and planning a wedding have all been pretty hectic but I’ve been enjoying the process so far! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years (I know I did! 🙂 today on the blog I’m going to share with you guys how I like to style my favorite winter coat!

This is currently one of my favorite winter coats because the shape is so flattering! It has just enough structure to keep you from looking frumpy and it elongates the body which is amazing! It’s a beautiful cream color with a slight blush undertone that allows it to go with your cool toned neutrals as well as warmer tones!

Now this day was particularly a little cooler and windy (my bangs were all over the place haha!) so I opted for my ALL TIME favorite black high waisted jeans: the Topshop Jamie’s (I seriously cannot say enough good things about these pants other than everyone needs them in their life so if you haven’t invested in some-go now!).

I tucked in my Italian Classic Crew long sleeve just to give my outfit a more structured look and to really accent my waistline. The wool blend and touch of cashmere in this shirt kept me nice and warm. I love this shirt so much I snagged it in 2 different colors: the evergreen (which I’m wearing here) and the camel color as well, and now it’s on sale!

Lastly for my accessories I threw on my Rebecca Minkoff Je T’aime convertible cross body bag. I love the monochromatic colors thrown together, the dark evergreen against the black on black, and the pink handbag really brings out the blush undertones of the coat! This is a great look if you were wanting a more casual winter outfit but still want to look put together, super easy to throw on and super flattering!

I linked some similar coats above! Let me know what your go-to winter outfits are, I’d love to know!

xoxo
